Record the same carrier, phone, place, date and environment. Multiple observations at fixed points are more actionable than one unexplained screenshot.
Separate radio readings from performance
Signal power, quality, throughput and latency answer different questions. Include every value available, but do not claim that one metric proves the root cause.
Keep personal details out of the report
Use a general location when possible and review notes before sharing. The generator works locally and does not need account credentials or a file upload.

No. It creates a local report that you can print, save as PDF or copy into the carrier support channel you choose.
What measurements should I include?
Location, time, indoor or outdoor context, network type, RSRP if available, download, upload, latency and a description of the failure pattern are useful.
Can one speed test prove poor coverage?
No. Repeat tests at similar times and fixed locations, and separate Wi-Fi from cellular before drawing conclusions.
